Wilmena Rose Stahla was born to William A. (Bill) and Rose (Borgens) Miller on October 13, 1929 in Johnstown, Colorado and died January 9, 2021 in Greeley, Colorado. She attended schools at Bracewell and Windsor.
She was the mother of two sons, James William Aab and Patrick John Burmeister, and one daughter, Elizabeth Rose Burmeister. Wilmena was a homemaker in her younger years and worked in retail for a few years. She enjoyed being with family and friend. She enjoyed the time when she went to Dutch Hops--she really enjoyed dancing. Wilmena had a loving, caring spirit that was shared by all who knew her.
She was a member of Faith United Church of Christ in Windsor, Colorado.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Elmer; her parents; her brother; and her two sons. She is survived by her daughter, Beth; her sister, Gloria J. Gaslin; one granddaughter, Kimberly Aab Abner; two great grandchildren; four great, greatgrandchildren, three nieces, one nephew, and numerous other family members and friends.
The family wishes to thank Good Samaritan Society-Bonell Community in Greeley for their care the last ten years. Pathways Hospice was a great support the last months of her life. Memorial donations may be made to Pathways of Fort Collins, 305 Carpenter Road, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
