Tammy Kay (Brown) Samuel, 39, of Severance, Colorado, beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister died peacefully on October 5, 2021 surrounded by her family.
She was born April 27, 1982 in Fort Collins, Colorado, to Duane and Geraldine Brown. Tammy married the love of her life, Jeremy Samuel, on January 8, 2005.
Tammy became a CNA and enjoyed working in nursing homes. She spent several years assisting the elderly before becoming a loving stay at home wife and mother. Tammy also loved her three nieces and nine nephews and making holidays special with them.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Jeremy Samuel; daughter Jayce Samuel of Severance; parents Duane and Geraldine Brown of Pierce City, Missouri; sisters Jennifer (Carl) Herring of Mayetta, Kansas, and Julia (Brandon) wood of Ault, Colorado; twin brother Tommy (Jessica) Brown of Wellington, Colorado.
