Patricia Ann (Johnston) Lundberg, 79, of Evans, Colorado, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, at Brookdale Senior Living—undoubtedly leaving behind a few strong opinions and perfectly organized belongings.
Born June 10, 1946, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and raised in Brighton, Colorado, Pat spent many years working in manufacturing at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies before retiring. She believed in working hard, minding her own business, and doing things her way—no committee required.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Lei Ann Wilson, and son-in-law, Barry Wilson, of Windsor; her son, Blake Lundberg, and daughter-in-law, Renee Lundberg, of Montana; and her grandchildren, Reece Wilson of Omaha, Lindsey Wilson of Fort Collins, and Parker Wilson of Windsor. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and they knew they were loved—whether she said it out loud or not.
Pat kept an immaculate home, a flawless yard, and a revolving cast of very lucky cats. She was an expert thrift shopper, a terrific cook, and could stretch a dollar farther than most people thought possible. She enjoyed her independence, her routines, and her peace and quiet.
She also had a sharp tongue, quick wit, and absolutely no interest in sugarcoating anything. If Pat liked you, you knew it. If she didn’t… you also knew it. Some found her intimidating. She found that amusing. Beneath her tough exterior, however, was a deeply loyal grandmother and mother who loved her family fiercely.
In keeping with Pat’s private nature, no public services will be held. A small family gathering will take place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NoCo Humane Society in Pat’s honor. Pat supported the organization for many years and never missed an opportunity to help animals in need.
Pat leaves behind a spotless home, well-fed cats, countless thrifting treasures, and a family who loved her exactly as she was. She will be remembered for her independence, her honesty, her humor, and her unforgettable personality.
