Norma Ehrlich

Norma Joyce Ehrlich, 84, of Windsor, Colorado, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Norma was born April, 1, 1939, to Philip and Amelia Bauer Altergott, in Ft. Collins Colorado.

Norma married the love of her life, Warren Ehrlich on January 13, 1957. Together they celebrated 1 month shy of 64 years of marriage before Warren passed. Their life was filled with so much love, family and happiness.

Norma grew up and attended Windsor High School where she was involved in many things. She was a Worthy Advisor of the Rainbow Girls Organization, and the Windsor Harvest Festival Pageant Queen. She fell in love with Warren while in High School and followed him to Norfolk, Virginia where he was stationed in the Navy for 2 years. Upon their return with a little baby to Windsor, Colorado, she went on to finish her Senior year in High School and graduated in 1959. Norma and Warren farmed and operated Warren Ehrlich Farms and Feedlots and raised their daughter and two sons. She loved to be around her family.

Norma was a member of Faith Church of Windsor. She was very active in the Women's Fellowship and

Bible studies. She was also very involved with the Health fairs. She went to Cosmetology school in 2000 and was a manicurist at Hudson's Bay Salon for many years. She was so loved by all and was known as the town Mom and Grandma.

Norma was so very involved with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They all gave her so much love and happiness and she adored them all. She enjoyed watching all of them play sports, choir concerts and plays at the schools. She also loved her country concerts and rodeos at the Greeley stampede and went to them all over the years. Norma loved to travel and she and Warren, along with her mother, Millie Altergott, made many long trips to New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.

Survivors are her daughter Tammy (Randy) Knaub, Sons; Jimmy (Darlene) Ehrlich, Rick (Betty Jo) Ehrlich, all from Windsor, Colorado, two sisters; Janet (Dennis) Weitzel, Wellington, Colorado, Georgetta (Scott) Linscott, Trimble, Missouri, eight grandchildren , 14 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild. and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Warren, and her parents, Philip and Millie Altergott.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday May 1, 2023 at Faith Church of Windsor. She will be laid to rest at

Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor, Colorado

Memorial contributions may be made to Bristol Hospice or Faith Church of Windsor.
