Nick James Giehm, 52, of Windsor, Colorado, a loving husband, father, son and brother passed away at his home on Sunday, October 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on November 14, 1972 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Noel and Janet (Been) Giehm.

Nick was an active young man competing in BMX racing and football in Laramie Wyoming.

Nick started working at 16 for his father, the founder of I-80 Towing and Giehm enterprises. He then moved to Colorado in 2002 and worked as a heavy equipment operator at Lafarge Aggregates. Prior to his death, he was a heavy equipment operator at Amrize.

Nick was a huge fan of the Wyoming Cowboys football and basketball teams. You could find Nick waiting hours after games to get autographs. He found his love for cars when his parents gifted him his red mustang, a passion he carried on by attending and entering his 2001 Chevy Silverado in multiple car shows.
