Kevin Walter Boulter, 69, a proud Fort Collins native, passed away on November 11, 2023. Born to Kenneth and LaDonna Moore Boulter, he was the grandson of Rolland and Esther Dixon Moore, and John and Fannie Davis Boulter.
Kevin graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1973, then pursued higher education at CU. Later, he ventured to Houston where he managed a Sambo's restaurant. Upon returning to Fort Collins, he worked in an office supply store, leaving an indelible mark on the community.
His true passion lay in rock hunting, collecting, and selling, making him a cherished member of the Rock Hound community. Kevin's enthusiasm extended to family genealogy, a testament to his deep connection to roots.
Kevin was actively involved in Boy Scouts, serving as a devoted Scoutmaster. He found joy in the company of family and friends, cherishing moments spent with them.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Jared Boulter, and daughter-in-law Mary, alongside his adored grandchildren, Brooks and Presley. Sharing in the grief are his brother, Jeff Boulter, with his wife Jane, and his nephew, Bret Boulter, accompanied by his wife Michelle and their children, Mason, Sophie, and Jackson. Beyond his immediate family, Kevin leaves behind a network of close cousins who will profoundly miss him.
A memorial service will be held at Mark's Funeral Home in Windsor at 4 pm on December 8th, where friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Kevin Walter Boulter.
