Judith Ann Mirowski passed away peacefully in her home in Ft. Collins, CO on July 23, 2025, at the age of 83. Born
on October 6, 1941, in Ft. Collins, Colorado, Judy was the second of four daughters born to Lawrence and Ruth
Miller.
Judy’s family made their home in Ft. Collins, where she attended grade school, junior high school, and finished her
secondary education at Ft. Collins High School. Later in life, Judy transitioned her love of the Bible into seven years
of post-secondary education in theology earning five degrees, including her Doctorate in Ministry (D. Min.).
Judy and Tom Harms were married for 19 years and had two children, Troy and Tracy. They later divorced. In 1985,
Judy married her husband, the love of her life, Randy Mirowski. They launched a forty-year romance of love where
they dedicated their lives and their marriage to the Lord Jesus Christ. Judy’s faith and her love for the Lord Jesus
was paramount in her life and she exuded Christ’s love with everyone she met.
Randy and Judy poured their lives into their family, which was one of the highest priorities in Judy’s life. She was a
mom, stepmom, grandma, and great-grandma. Randy and Judy’s family includes 41 people, whom Judy loved with
all her heart and with the love of the Lord.
Family members include their children: Troy Harms (Karrie), Tracy Hegarty (Pat), Chris Mirowski (Britony), Brandi
Wahlstrom (Jan), and Becki Carlson (Erik). Grandchildren: Thomas (Penny), Jessica, Kristen, Julia (Josh), Josiah,

Judy loved to serve, and she served many people by loving them and praying for them. Another area of serving was
in her baking. Judy owned The Proverbial Woman Pie and Bread Shop in the 1980s. She fulfilled customer orders
of her famous caramel nut rolls, cinnamon rolls, breads, pies, cookies, and designer lunches. Major customers
included Sterling Companies, Poudre School District, sororities, fraternities, churches, and more.
In 1995, Judy and Randy built their dream home, where they resided together for 30 years. Judy continued to
bake, and her rolls were a staple for numerous family, ministry, and fire department events. She enjoyed teaching
her incredible baking skills to others as well.
Judy loved serving her church. She volunteered as a Women’s Bible Study leader, spiritual mentor, and teacher.
She even participated in the 2025 children’s Vacation Bible School at Vintage City Church. Judy and Randy were the
leaders of the Christian Life School of Theology (CLST) at Rez Church from 2000 - 2005. Judy was the school’s
Registrar and Director of Administrative Services. Judy absolutely loved this job. It gave her ongoing
opportunity to pray and care for the more than 400 students who attended.
Most of all, Judy loved Jesus. She desired to live her life as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to her Lord and
Savior, Jesus Christ. She was committed to learning about, knowing, and sharing Jesus with everyone she knew.
Committed to her daily quiet time, scripture memory, and prayer, she sought to faithfully represent Jesus to all.
In 2018, God used Randy and Judy to launch and lead Caleb Culture, a ministry committed to those fifty years of
age and older. Hundreds attended these monthly events and looked to Randy and Judy’s leadership to grow their
faith. In June, Randy and Judy celebrated their 40th anniversary. Many close friends and family were in attendance
as the two of them renewed their vows of love and marriage.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Donna Reeves, and her son Troy Harms. She is survived by her
sisters Carol Engelbrecht and Janet McRae, her husband, children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great-
grandchildren mentioned above.
