John Brent King, 73, of Severance, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2021 at Lifecare Center of Greeley.
John was born March 13, 1948, to John and Hazell (McCoy) King Sr. in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He married Dora Marsch and they were together for 45 years.
John worked at Universal Forest Products in Windsor. He served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT at Windsor Severance Fire Rescue for 10 years. He loved working on cars and fishing.
John is survived by his wife, Dora King; children Heath King, Shyrrl Murrell, Judy Waddell, Sarah Davis, and Heather King; and 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 9 a.m., Monday, April 19, at Marks Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor at 11 a.m.
