She graduated from Elk City High School.
Ms. Fay is survived by her brother Don Scott; grandson Philip (Brandy) Pelton, great-grandchildren Cheyene, Cassidy, Danica, Robert and Diesel.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Dr. Richard Fay; son W. Scott Pelton; and brothers Clarence “Scotty” Scott Jr. and Lawrence Scott.
