On Wednesday, December 14th, 2022, Harold Edwin Kimble, cherished Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Deacon was called home to be with the Lord. He was 73 years old. Born to Jess and Edith Kimble, Harold lived his whole life in Northern Colorado with a brief stay in Trinidad for Junior College. He spent his career at Kodak, starting in 1972, retiring in 2005. He was ordained in the Roman Catholic Diaconate in 1989. He ministered for 2 1/2 years at Saint Therese in Frederick, Saint Mary’s in Ault, St. Peter’s in Greeley and then settled in at his beloved home ministry for close to 30 years until his time of death at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Windsor.
Harold had many hobbies including Fly Fishing and tying his own flys, painting, playing the guitar and trumpet, being an off ice official for the Colorado Eagles and most importantly spreading the word of God.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Gloria, his children, Michele (Bobby) Warner of Windsor, and Bryan Kimble of Wellington; Grandchildren Kendra Warner, Derek Warner (Julie Watson), Trae Kimble (Wyatt King), and Trenton Kimble; Great Grandchild, Kane Bradley. He is proceeded in death by his parents.
Harold was adored by his family and beloved by his Our Lady of the Valley parish. He will forever be remembered for his silly humor and loving, humble heart. A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, December 20th at 7pm at Our Lady of the Valley in Windsor. His celebration of life will be held at Our Lady of the Valley on Wednesday, December 21st at 11am followed by internment at Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor and reception at Our Lady of the Valley. In lieu of gifts, donations can me made to Our Lady of the Valley -Respect Life Ministry.
