Harland Henry Haas Joined our Lord in Heaven August 30th, 2025, at the age of 87. Harland was born February 11th, 1938, to Philip and Pauline Haas. Harland was raised on the family farm with his sister Judy. Growing up on the farm Harland loved his horses and gathering cows for the neighbors.

On January 30th, 1961, Harland married the love of his life Barbara Haas (Weichel). From this Union came two Sons, Ken and Kurtis. Roots of the family were planted as well as sugar beets, corn, and hay outside of Windsor. Their farm was always filled with Appaloosa and Quarter Horses, with numerous trophies proving their quality. This farm would also become the starting point of Ken and Kurtis families.

Harland retired after 25 years with Kodak. He dedicated himself to the farm until he decided to fully retire in 1999. Harland also loved the outdoors with trips to the mountains. Harland and Barbara were part of a four-wheel drive club. Harland enjoyed hunting and fishing, and trapshooting. Even after he was unable to join the hunt, he always ask to see pictures, and talked about time spent in the goose pit.

Harland is survived by his son Ken Haas (Kryste) of Ault, Kurtis Haas (Tara) of Windsor, sister Judy Haas of Loveland, Harland is also survived by five grandchildren, Kelcey (Cole) McNamee, Kolton Haas, Kody (Sheralyn) Haas, Kameron (Allison) Haas, Kadyn Haas (Brandent). In addition to eight great grandchildren, Levi, Gannon, Rhett, Karson, Crew, Maddy, Rowdy, Clarence.

Harland also is survived by his brother in-laws and wives, with many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Childres Hospital.
