In Loving Memory
Dwayne Alvin Frasch, 84, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, at Columbine Commons in
Windsor, Colorado. He was born November 5, 1940, to Theodore and Dorothy Frasch of Fairfax,
South Dakota. He married Bobbie Eaton of Riley, Kansas in 1970 and they made their home
together in Windsor, CO.
Dwayne was an avid outdoorsman who loved the mountains, especially hunting, fishing, hiking
and exploring. He passed many of these traits on to his children and grandchildren. In pursuit
of his love for hunting, he helped countless ranchers protect their livestock against coyotes, fox,
and other critters.
After approximately 50 years of employment in the construction industry, he retired from
Ironworkers Local 24 Union and developed a pastime of recycling/reusing discarded items. He
was known to find value in things big and small.
Dwayne was honorably discharged as a veteran in the United States Army.
He was a committed grandpa who loved spending time with his grandchildren - creating lasting
memories for all. He touched the lives of many, and his spirit will be forever present.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie, children: Andrew and his sons John, Tanner, Dylan, and Eli;
Jennifer (Marc) and their children: Avery, Pierce and Lorel; Gregory (Christy) and their sons
Carson and Austin; and Nancy (Adrian) and their children: Adrionna and Samuel.
A private service was held on August 11, 2025 at Dwayne and Bobbie’s home in Windsor, CO.
