I worked with Lynn in the facilities department at CSU and over the years we became friends. I was always impressed how good of a natural mechanic he was. I learned a lot from Lynn.
After retirement we kept in touch by having senior coffee at McDonald's almost every week. After I moved out of state we kept in constant touch by phone on a weekly basis. Looking back I have known Lynn for some 40 years. I will miss his "pearls of wisdom". I will miss him from the bottom of my heart, he was my friend.

I worked with Lynn at CSU for many years, doing HVAC work. Lynn was a great mentor for me and I looked up to him.
Lynn had intelligence and integrity. You always knew where you stood. Lynn was a trustworthy, genuine person. There wasn't an ounce of pretense in his existence. Lynn was willing to share his proven, exceptional, mechanical knowledge. And I enjoyed interacting with Lynn in general. He would amuse me with his wit. I enjoyed the "shop bantering" with Lynn and our co workers and hearing Lynn's stories! It was never boring :-)
Loved those days and I will especially miss Lynn!

I knew Lynn from the Greeley Saddle Club days. There are a few things I can say about him: boy was he feisty (!) and devoted to his family, helpful, funny, and passionate. I haven't seen Lynn a few years, since I moved away. I think about him and his family often. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Stephanie Strube
