Obituary for June Alice Adams
June 27, 1930- February 18, 2019

June Alice Adams, 88, of Gill went to be with her Savior and Lord at her home with family at her side on February 18, 2019 after a valiant struggle with COPD. June was born June 27, 1930 to Archie C. Senier and Bessie G. (Brynn) Senier in Greeley, the 6th of 8 siblings. She grew up and attended school in Greeley and married George (Skip) Williams in 1948, and a daughter, Pamela June was born later that year. They later divorced and in 1963 she married G. Floyd Adams, and a son, Jeffery Floyd was born in 1964. Floyd passed away in 2004.
June was a hard worker and was employed in the offices of D&D Bean Co and Farr Farms in the 1950’s and for M&M Feedlot in the early 60’s. She became the office manager at Greeley Producers in the early 70’s and she would work there until she retired from full time work in 1979. She then worked for Dinner Bros part time for a few months before retiring completely. She lived in Greeley until 1987 when she and her family moved to their farm near Gill.
She loved her home and decorating and going to garage sales and thrift stores, as well as holidays with all her family.
She loved babies and would stop to admire them if she saw one in town. Her grandkids were dearly loved and she spent a great deal of time with them as they grew up, attending many of their events. She was also dearly loved by them and her great grandchildren.
June was a “people” person who never met a stranger. She could talk to someone and know more about them in 5 minutes than most of us could in a lifetime. She loved Jesus and was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Greeley, and then the Galeton Community Church for many years.
June was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Winfred, Robert, Woodrow, William, Frank, and Doral Senier and her sister, Gloria (Senier) Hastings. Sisters-in-law and Brother-in-law Hazel, Leone, Wanda, and Ruth Senier, and Jerry Hastings. Also, Valda and Lou Hudson, Wilma and Roy Ireland, Merrill, Laverne and Jean Adams. Two nephews, Randy Hastings, and Tim Ireland, a granddaughter, Rashea Heidenreich, a great grandson, Walker Heidenreich, and a great granddaughter, Justice Heidenreich.
She is survived by her daughter Pam and son-in-law Jack Heidenreich, her son Jeff and daughter-in-law Donna Adams, all of Gill as well as grandchildren, Tyler (Becky) Heidenreich of Dalhart, TX, Jayme (Chad) Gettman, Clint(Shawna) Heidenreich, Aiden Adams, all of Gill and Schyler (Aulie) Bennett of Las Vegas, NV. Great grandchildren, Wyatt (Tye) Heidenreich of Hudson, Weston and Landree Heidenreich of Dalhart, TX; Tanner Gettman of Crete, NE, Jayden Gettman, Liberty, Noah, and Emmarie Heidenreich all of Gill. Also survived by two sisters-in-law, Wreatha Senier of Alamogordo, NM and Fran Adams of Denver, as well as numerous and greatly loved Nieces and Nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 26th at the Kersey Community Church in Kersey.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the June Adams in care of Marks Funeral & Cremation Service, 9293 Eastman Park Drive, Windsor, Colorado 80550. Online Condolence maybe at

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Junebug had a smile that lit up the room. I actually took care of her a few years ago and I remember how sweet of a lady she was and how much she loved her family,(her babies as she referred to them. Sorry I just now found out about this last night and wanted to come leave my condolences to you all. I will forever hold the memories I have of Junebug in my heart

My sweet aunt June made me laugh. She made us all laugh. What a blessing she was in our lives. How excited we were when uncle Floyd brought her home and announced he was going to marry her and she would be our aunt!! We nieces and nephews loved her instantly. I was blessed to work with her at Greeley Producers in the office. She taught me the ropes and kept me from a few ropes she didn't want me to learn! She was a good one and will be missed until we get to be reunited with her in Glory!
I love you Aunt June

My thoughts and prayers go out to family. The lord got a wonderful angel when he took June home

When we moved here, not knowing anyone, I was lucky to have met her at the Galeton ladies bible study group. She became a faithful friend. Believed in God with her whole mind and soul. She had the gift to brighten your day with her smile and sense of humor. I will always be thankful she was in my life, June we will miss you.
