I was so sorry to hear of your loss of your wonderful mother, grandmother and great- grandmother,Dee. I had the privilege of meeting Dee when she was at Centennial Health Care, recovering from a car accident, this past year. She sat at the table of my mother, Vickie Pepper, in the dining room, and so I got to know her when I visited. I found her to have a lot of spunk, a terrific sense of humor, a love of books and learning. When she was recovering from her accident, she was challenged by her injuries. However, she worked hard and was an advocate for her recovery, and thus made great progress toward returning to her "life." My mother was not able to speak, due to a stroke, but we both thoroughly enjoyed the interesting conversations that Dee brought to the table. She was inspiring and it was a blessing to be with her. May her memory always be blessed and may God grant you, her family, His grace, love and comfort as you mourn her passing.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom, Steve and Kathy. Though it's been many years since we've been together, when Delores came into my thoughts, it was always with a smile. While our hearts are heavy, there is great rejoicing and a wonderful family reunion happening past the veil. She was one of the most gracious and gentle women I have been privileged to know. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. ~ Judy Schmidt Wagar (Daughter of Paul and Irene Schmidt)

Delores Lutz was one of the sweetest people we've ever met. She was always cheery, whether you met her on the street or in Lieser's Corner Drug where she worked for a number of years. She and her late husband, Wayne, were very welcoming when our family moved to Windsor back in the early 1970's. This meant a lot to us "newcomers". Our sympathy goes out to the family, especially Fred and Kathy, whom we have known just as long.
